DEI Match started as a validated idea with a strong lead base and a clear mission: help underrepresented people access the job market. The challenge was turning a landing page into a complete product ecosystem that combined relevant content, AI-driven mentorship, and real job opportunities, while building trust and credibility in a sensitive, niche market. I helped define the product experience and visual direction, aligning approachability with seriousness to support both talents and recruiting companies, with design decisions focused on clarity, accessibility, and scalability across different audiences and use cases.
The platform evolved into a mobile-first ecosystem composed of an institutional website, a talent platform, and white-label client environments. A multi-brand design system supports customization while maintaining consistency, enabling new clients to adopt the platform with their own identity. Beyond core flows, special attention was given to user autonomy and data protection. Account settings, including a clear and compliant account deletion flow, were treated as first-class experiences in alignment with LGPD requirements.
I led the end-to-end product design, from shaping the core experience to defining the visual and structural foundations of the platform. This included establishing a coherent information architecture, mapping learning paths, and structuring AI mentors, ensuring a scalable, trustworthy, and consistent product across all touchpoints.
