Workplace inequality remains a significant barrier for many professionals. DEI Match was created to identify, train, and connect diverse talent with socially responsible organizations. The challenge was to develop a website and platform that reinforced this mission, ensuring accessibility, intuitive usability, and strong user engagement.
Solution
We designed a website following a mobile-first approach, optimizing the experience for mobile devices while maintaining seamless navigation across all screen sizes. The user experience was crafted to be inclusive, intuitive, and aligned with the platform’s purpose, making access to opportunities more efficient and engaging.
Design Details
To enhance accessibility and visual comfort, dark mode was established as the primary theme for both the website and platform. This decision reduces eye strain, extends battery life on mobile devices, and improves usability for a broader range of users. The interface was designed with clarity and usability in mind, reinforcing DEI Match’s commitment to inclusion and diversity in the job market.
