Challenge
Kaefer, a global provider of technical industrial services, required a complete system navigation overhaul to accommodate new modules and redesign the existing interface. Operating in industries such as Industry, Marine, Offshore, and Construction, the goal was to maintain visual and functional consistency while integrating new services. The project also demanded error prevention, user flexibility, and support for efficient team collaboration.
Solution
We developed a modular and scalable navigation system, enabling seamless integration of new services without compromising usability. The interface was redesigned with a focus on delivering an intuitive user experience, minimizing errors through consistent design patterns. The system architecture was structured to be highly adaptable, facilitating customization and ensuring that teams could collaborate efficiently.
Design Details
The modules were designed with maximum flexibility, allowing for quick and accurate interpretation of analytical data. A “split-screen” interface was implemented to optimize multitasking workflows in the back office, enhancing productivity by enabling users to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, the integration with the upcoming Android app was planned, ensuring visual and functional consistency and synchronous and asynchronous communication between platforms, promoting a cohesive and efficient user experience.
